The latest release date information that we have for the item will be displayed on the product detail page. If you want to pre-order the item, we will dispatch it once the release date passes and the item is made available to us from the supplier.

If you order one item marked as "Usually dispatches within 5 days" and another marked "Available for Pre-order", we will send both to you for S$5.00 when the pre-order item becomes available. - If you spend S$50.00 or more on a single order:
If you order an item marked as "Usually dispatches within 5 days", another marked "Usually dispatches within 2 weeks" and the last one marked "Available for Pre-order", we will send all 3 items to you for free if they are made in one delivery.
If you require 2 deliveries, each delivery will be charged at S$3.50.
- If you order one item marked as "Usually dispatches within 5 days" and another marked "Available for Pre-order", we will send both to you when the pre-order item becomes available.

Sending a Gift You can send an item giftwrapped with a message to someone.
To send a gift, please add the item to your Shopping Cart then click the "Check Out" button. Find the gift item and tick the Wrapping and Attach Message Card.
Note: You cannot have your gifts delivered to more than one address in a single transaction.Exchange & Refund
Exchange & Refund Policies - Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of tax receipt in saleable condition. You have to provide our staff with tax receipt.
All exchanges will be processed only at Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store, Customer Service Counter. - Pictorial Book(s) (写真集) can only be exchanged for the same title(s).

How to Order - Find the Items You Want
You need to browse or search for the items you would like to buy. Keyword search box is located on every page of BookWeb Singapore. You can also utilise advanced search. When you find an item that interests you, click the title of the item to see detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our fulfillment center. - Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you find the items you would like to buy, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the search result list or the item's product detail page. You can keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to buy. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time. - Check the Items You Added
Click the "Check out" button in the Shopping Cart to see all of the items you've added. You can remove the item(s) you do not want. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "Check Out" button. - Login
You will be asked to login to go to the next step if you haven't. You can create an account if you are new to BookWeb Singapore. - Choose a Gift-wrapping Paper (optional)
Tick "Wrapping" box if you want us to gift-wrap an item. Then you will see new pop-up window so that you can choose a wrapping paper. Click the image of gift-wrapping paper you want. You can also send a card with the item. Tick "Attach Message Card" box and type message you want us to write in the box which will appear. - Choose a Shipping Information
Select "Same as home address"if you want us to deliver your order to the address you gave us when creating your account.
Select "Other Delivery Address" and tell us where you would like to send your order when you want us to deliver your order to preferred address. - Change Your Credit Card Information (optional)
Click the "Modify Payment Information" button if you want to use another credit card you have or update expiry date of your card. - Review and Place Your Order
Click "Next" button to review your order. Then, make sure if all information you provided is accurate. When you are ready, click the "Place My Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order successfully, you will see your order number.
If your order does not go through, you will see the following message "Your order process has failed due to invalid credit card". Please contact the bank that issued your card in order to find out the reason why. - Check Your Order Status
If you would like to check order status, click the "Order History" link located on the left side of most pages on BookWeb Singapore.
Cancelling an Order We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so it's not possible to cancel your order. Pre-ordering You can place an order for items which haven't been released yet and we do not change your credit card until we dispatch the order to you.
If you place an order that contains both pre-order and currently-available items, you may not receive the order until all the items are ready. See "Ordering Items with Different Availabilities" under "Dispatch & Delivery", for further details.Ordering French, German & Chinese Books Some French and German books are available from BookWeb Singapore. Please select English Books when you search and order for the books.
Traditional Chinese books are also available, but Simplified Chinese books are currently unavailable from BookWeb Singapore.Magazines Magazines are only available at our retail stores. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment Options You can pay by credit card. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and JCB. Credit Card Declined You may find that your order does not go through immediately after you place an order. It is because your credit card is declined. Please contact the bank that issued your card to find out the reason why it was declined. When Your Account Will Be Charged We do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the dispatch process. Pricing Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the price shown for the item when you first added it to your cart. Adding an item to your cart reserves the price shown at that time. Please note that this price may differ from the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail.
Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, our price will necessarily change on occasion.Price for Pre-Order and Out-of-Stock Item For items with a future release date and items which are temporarily out of stock, the BookWeb price may change between the time of order and the date the item is dispatched. We will inform you via e-mail if the price is changed before dispatch. Price Difference between BookWeb and Our Retail Stores The prices may vary between BookWeb and our retail stores. Goods & Services Tax (GST) All prices shown include Goods & Services Tax (GST). GST will not be charged if you want us to deliver your order to overseas address. 10% off Privilege for Kinokuniya Privilege Card Members As a Kinokuniya Privilege Card member, you are entitled to our 10% off privilege. To enjoy the privilege, provide your valid card number as well as expiry date of the card when you create an account.
If you apply Kinokuniya Privilege Card after creating BookWeb account, click the "Modify Personal Information" link under "Account Information" located on the left side of most pages on BookWeb Singapore and provide your valid card number as well as expiry date to enjoy 10% off privilege.
For existing Kinokuniya Privilege Card members, if you are unable to input your valid Kinokuniya Privilege Card Number and Expiry Date into the ‘Account Information’ page, please input the required information into the “Memo” field within the ‘Shipping Information’. Your membership privileges will be applied when your order is processed.

Changing Your Account Details To change your user name, home address (billing address) and Kinokuniya Privilege Card detail, click the "Modify Personal Information" link under "Account Information" located on the left side of most pages on BookWeb Singapore.
To change your credit card information, click the "Payment Information" link under "Account Information" located on the left side of most pages on BookWeb Singapore.Closing Your Account To close your account, click the "Cancel Bookweb account" link under "Account Information" located on the left side of most pages on BookWeb Singapore. Then, you will find cancellation request form.
You cannot close your account if you have any order in process. And please note your account is no longer accessible once it is closed and you would need to create a new account if you ever wanted to order from us again.Logout from BookWeb Singapore The logout button is available in the upper right corner of any of most pages on BookWeb Singapore.
You will be automatically logged out when the current session times out, which will happen if you have no activity on BookWeb Singapore for 30 minutes.Forgot Your Password We cannot tell you your password for security reason, but we can certainly help you acquire a new one by sending a personalized link to your e-mail address. Click the "Forgot Password?" link which you can find on the login screen to acquire a new password. Forgot Your Email Address Click the "Forgot Email?" link which you can find on the login screen and give us your account information as much as possible. We will let you know by e-mail once we verify you are the owner of the account. Services
Gift-wrapping Gift-wrapping is available at no charge and we can provide you with a gift card printed with your personal message.
If you want to send an item you ordered to someone as a gift, please add the item to your Shopping Cart then click the "Check Out" button. Find the gift item and tick the "Wrapping" and "Attach Message Card". The, indicate "Gift" in Memo column under shipping information in order for us not to send tax receipt to recipient.Wish List A Wish List is a personalised list of all the items you are interested in from BookWeb. Nobody can see your list so you can add any item you may want to buy in the future. You will not need to search them again.
You have to login BookWeb to add an item to your Wish List.Members' Review Kinokuniya Privilege Card members are entitled to write book reviews. To write and post a review, you are required to login BookWeb and go to the product detail pages.
We encourage you to share your opinions, both favorable and unfavorable. You can write one review per book.
While we appreciate your time and comments, we reserve the right to remove reviews which include inappropriate, promotional or objectionable content. If you find such review, please click the "Report This" link so that we can pay attention to the review.
