Domestic Delivery
We currently charge 25 AED delivery fee all across the city area of UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, U.A.Q, R.A.K, Ajman & Fujairah)
You can avail free delivery If you spend 2,000 AED or more on a single order.
International Delivery
Overseas delivery is available for GCC countries.
Delivery charges: 210 AED = Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar 280 AED = Saudi Arabia
Delivery time is estimated within 1-2 weeks
Please note that the delivery may be subject to custom charges and approval which we have no control, any additional charges will be borne by you and we regret to inform you that no refund will be made.
To check your delivery status, go to www.aramex.com and track your order. Your will receive your tracking number via e-mail upon dispatch.

Usually dispatches within 2 - 5 days: This item is in stock and will take this amount of time to pack and prepare for dispatch. Estimated delivery date for domestic delivery is 2 days after dispatch except Friday & Saturday.
We will inform you via e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. We do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the dispatch process. Sending a Gift
You can send an item giftwrapped with a message to someone. To send a gift, please add the item to your Shopping Cart then click the “Check Out” button. Find the gift item and tick the Wrapping and Attach Message Card. Then, indicate “Gift” in Memo column under shipping information in order for us not to send receipt to recipient.
Note: You cannot have your gifts delivered to more than one address in a single transaction.
Exchange & Refund
Exchange & Refund Policies
Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt in saleable condition. You have to provide our staff with original receipt. All exchanges will be processed only at Kinokuniya Bookstores Dubai Mall, Customer Service Counter.
Following Items are NOT exchangeable: o CD, DVD and audio visual except DEFECTIVE o Dated Items (calendar, diaries) o Figurines and Collectible items
We regret that no refund will be made.

Defective Item
If you can find the time you bought is defective, please contact us by e-mail so that we can arrange an exchange of the item.
Ordering & Cancelling
How to Order
Find the Items You Want You need to browse or search for the items you would like to buy. Keyword search box is located on every page of BookWeb Dubai. You can also utilize advanced search. When you find an item that interests you, click the title of the item to see detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our fulfillment center.
Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart If you find the items you would like to buy, click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button on the search result list or the item’s product detail page. You can keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all the items you want to buy. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time.
Check the Items You Added Click the “Check out” button in the Shopping Cart to see all of the items you’ve added. You can remove the item(s) you do not want. When you’re ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the “Check Out” button.
Login You will be asked to login to go to the next step of you haven’t. You can create an account if you are new to BookWeb Dubai.
Choose a Gift-wrapping Paper (optional) Tick “Wrapping” box if you want us to gift-wrap an item. Then you will see new pop-up window so that you can choose a wrapping paper. Click the image of the gift-wrapping paper you want. You can also send a card with the item. Tick “Attach Message Card” box and type message you want us to write in the box which will appear.
Choose Shipping Information Select “Same as home address” if you want us to deliver your order to the address you gave us when creating your account. Select “Other Delivery Address” and tell us where you would like to send your order when you want us to deliver your order to preferred address.
Change Your Credit Card Information (optional) Click the “modify Payment Information” button if you want to use another credit card you have or update expiry date of your card.
Review and Place Your Order Click “Next” button to review your order. Then, Make sure if all information you provided is accurate. When you are ready, click the “Place My Order” button to submit your order. Once you place order successfully, you will see your order number. If your order does not go through, you will see the following message “Your order process has failed due to invalid credit card”. Please contact the bank that issued your card in order to find out the reason why.
Check Your Order Status If you would like to check your order status, click the “Order History” link located on the left side of most pages on BookWeb Dubai.
Cancelling an Order
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so it’s not possible to cancel your order.
Ordering French, German and Arabic Books
Some French and German books are available from BookWeb Dubai. Please select English books when you search and order for the books. We regret to inform you that Arabic titles are not available at the moment.
Magazines
Magazines are only available at our retail store.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment Options
You can pay by credit card. We currently accept VISA and MasterCard.
Credit Card Declined
You may find that your order does not go through immediately after you place an order, It is because your credit card is declined. Please contact the bank that issued your card to find out the reason why it was declined.
When Your Account Will Be Charged
We do not charge your credit card until your order is in dispatch process. However due to requirement set by some issuer bank, the purchase amount may be immediately offset from your account once you confirmed the order. Therefore you will receive sms indicating that you have a made a purchase. Should there be any difference of amount once we confirmed your order due to stocks availabilities, the difference will be credited back to your account within 15 working days. This rules determined by the bank and not from Kinokuniya.
Pricing
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the price shown for the item when you first added it to your cart. Adding an item to your cart reserves the price shown at that time. Please not that this price may differ from most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail.
Price Difference between BookWeb and Our Retail Stores
The prices may vary between BookWeb and our retail stores.
Bulk Order Discount
Bulk order discount is not available. If you are purchasing items for a corporation or institution, please contact our sales office and open a corporate account.
Manage Your Account
Changing Your Account Details
To change your user name and home address (billing address), click the “Modify Personal Information” link under “Account information” located on the left side of most pages on Bookweb Dubai.
To change your credit card information, click the “Payment Information’ link under “Account information” located on the left side of most pages on Bookweb Dubai.
Closing Your Account
To close your account, click the “cancel Bookweb account’ link under “Account information” located on the left side of most pages on Bookweb Dubai. Then you will find cancellation request form.
You cannot close your account if you have any order in process. And please note your account is no longer accessible once it is closed and you would need to create a new account if you ever wanted to order from us again.
Logout from BookWeb Dubai
The logout button is available in the upper right corner of any of most pages on BookWeb Dubai.
You will be automatically logged out when the current session times out, which will happen if you have no activity on BookWeb Dubai for 30 minutes.
Forgot Your Password
We cannot tell you your password for security reason, but we can certainly help you acquire a new one by sending a personalized link to your e-mail address. Click the “Forgot Password?” link which you can find on the login screen to acquire a new password.
Forgot Your Email Address
Click the “Forgot Email?’ link which you can find on the login screen and give us your account information as much as possible. We will let you know by email once we verify you are the owner of the account.

Gift-wrapping
Gift-wrapping is available at no charge and we can provide you with a gift card printed with your personal message.

Bestsellers Information
Bestsellers are based entirely on Kinokuniya Dubai sales and are updated on weekly basis.
